What these terms cover
These terms apply to the website what2do.lol and the pages people open from links shared in the What2Do app. The website is run by Vagabonder, Belgium, VAT BE 0745.714.422.
By using the website you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist is free and doesn't oblige you to anything. We may end the waitlist at any time.
Shared links and RSVPs
Plans, lists, trips and profiles on shared pages are created by people using the app. They decide what they share and with whom.
When you RSVP to a plan, you tell its host that you're coming (or not). Please only RSVP with your own name.
Be decent
Please don't:
- send spam or automated requests through our forms
- pretend to be someone else
- try to break, overload or get around the security of the site
- use the site for anything illegal
Content
Ideas and city pages are provided to inspire you. Times, prices and places can change, so check with the venue before you go.
The What2Do name, logo and Momo are ours. Please ask before using them, except as described on our press page.
Liability
We provide the website as it is and do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we can't guarantee it.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
Applicable law
The applicable law and place of jurisdiction will be added after legal review.
