Delete your account
You can delete your What2Do account and its data at any time. Here's how, and what happens.
In the app
The fastest way:
- Open Settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm. That's it.
What gets deleted
When your account is deleted we remove:
- your profile, photo and interests
- your plans, lists and trips (plans you host are cancelled for everyone)
- your messages in chats
- your friends list and invites
- Momo's bananas and level
When
Your account disappears right away. We delete the data within 30 days, and from backups within 90 days.
We may keep a little information longer when the law requires it, for example records of reports about safety.

Send us the email address of your account below. We'll confirm by email before deleting anything.
